If you are getting Access Denied when you click on “Course Surveys” it is usually a browser caching issue. You can try any of the following options.

Try a different browser

Use the Incognito option. Click on the three dots in the right-hand corner of the Chrome Browser. Then click on the drop-down window “New Incognito Window”
