Access Denied when clicking on Course Surveys within Canvas

If you are getting Access Denied when you click on “Course Surveys” it is usually a browser caching issue. You can try any of the following options. 

  1. Clear your cache. If you are not sure how to do this here are some instructions. https://help.utahtech.edu/kb/article/79-how-do-i-clear-my-browser-cache/

  1. Try a different browser 

  1. Use the Incognito option. Click on the three dots in the right-hand corner of the Chrome Browser. Then click on the drop-down window “New Incognito Window” 

 

If you continue to have problems, you can try logging in directly to the survey system at https://utahtech.bluera.com/utahtech/ or reach out to the survey manager at [email protected].
