This article will show how to access and download all your @dmail.dixie.edu and @dixie.edu files.

Step 1

Sign into Google

Go to Google.com and click “Sign-in” in the upper right corner of the screen

  • If you are already signed in or signed in under another account, make sure you are using the correct account

This will be your [email protected][email protected], or both depending on what you want to migrate. This works for either account.

Enter your [email protected] or [email protected] depending on which account you want to move.

IMPORTANT: Although you typed in an account with @dmail.dixie.edu or @dixie.edu, your account is an utahtech.edu account. At the Utah Tech screen you must enter your [email protected] to get into your @dixie.edu Google data. See below.

Enter your password you have always used.

Step 2

Click on Drive

  1. Click on the application button

  1. Click “Account“

  1. Click on Data & privacy

  1. Scroll down to the Download or delete your data section. Click on Download your data

  1. Select all the check boxes for all the different Google products. If you are unsure, click the next button at the bottom of the page:

  1. Click Create Export

  1. You will receive an email at the Google accounts email address. You can also check back to the Google Takeout page periodically. The length of time it takes depends on how much data you have. To get back to the Takeout page, follow the instructions above but this time click the download or Manage exports button. If the data is available for download, you will have a download button for all the files you have available.
