Resetting Office Phone Voicemail PIN

  1. If you are currently logged in with any of the Utah Tech University websites with SSO (Single Sign On), you should be automatically logged in when you click on the voicemail link above. If it prompts you to sign in, use your D# and password to sign in.
  2. Once you’re logged in, it should land you on the Cisco Unity Connection Web Inbox homepage which is your Messages window. On this page, you can view all your new, saved, deleted, or sent voicemails. You can play them by selecting the play button.

  1. To change your voicemail pin, select Settings (located on the top left of the page) and a new window (Messaging Assistant) will open up.
  2. On the navigation panel, select the Passwords dropdown and select Change PIN.

  1. Enter your new pin, confirm it, and then select the save button.

  1. Voicemail pins can only contain digits (0-9) and must have a minimum of four digits.
