Zoom Camera and Audio Settings Quick Guide

This will guide you in selecting the correct camera and audio for a successful Zoom meeting.

Camera Settings

In the event you are not getting the correct camera feed, do the following:

• Select the ^ next to Video

• In the menu select “ConferenceSHOT AV” or “AV Bridge 2x1”
  • In some rare cases, other option may exist. In that case select the camera that gives you the desired view.

Audio Settings

In the event you are not getting the correct Microphone and/or Speaker feed, do the following:

• Select the ^ next to Audio

• In the menu select “Echo Canceling Speakerphone (ConferenceSHOT AV)” or “Echo Canceling Speakerphone (AV Bridge 2x1)” for both the microphone and the speakers
  • In some rare cases, other option may exist. In that case select the audio settings that gives you the desired results.
